Terms of purchase and use

1. Seller information

The 10ml.rs website (hereinafter: the Seller) sells decants of original perfumes. Official seller information:

2. General provisions

By using the site and making a purchase you accept these terms. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms; changes apply from the moment they are published on the site.

3. Products

All products are original perfumes poured into 10 ml decant bottles. All perfumes carry a declaration and an importer's licence for sale. Photos and bottle renderings are for illustration.

4. Prices

Prices are stated in Serbian dinars (RSD). The price confirmed at the moment of ordering is final for that order. The Seller reserves the right to change prices on the site.

5. Ordering

You place an order by adding products to the cart and leaving delivery details. After submitting, you may receive a confirmation by email or phone. A fiscal receipt is issued with every order.

6. Payment

Payment is cash on delivery, in cash or by card when receiving the package. For other payment methods the customer can contact the Seller before ordering.

7. Delivery and shipping costs

Delivery is via PTT (Serbian Post) within the Republic of Serbia, to the address the customer leaves. Packages usually arrive within 2 to 4 working days of order confirmation. Shipping is 450 RSD per order, regardless of the number of items.

8. Right of withdrawal

Under the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, no reason needed. For hygiene reasons, returns of opened and used decants may be limited. Details are on the Returns & complaints page.

9. Complaints

If a product is damaged or the wrong product was delivered, the customer can file a complaint by email at info@10ml.rs or by phone at +381 63 586 680. The Seller responds to complaints within the legal 8-day deadline.

10. Personal data protection

The Seller collects and processes personal data solely to fulfil orders and in accordance with regulations. More in the Privacy policy.

11. Dispute resolution

Anything not covered by these terms is governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia. The parties will try to resolve any disputes amicably; otherwise the competent court has jurisdiction.
