Terms of purchase and use

1. Seller information

The 10ml.rs website (hereinafter: the Seller) sells decants of original perfumes. Official seller information:

2. General provisions

By using the site and making a purchase you accept these terms. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms; changes apply from the moment they are published on the site.

3. Products

All products are original perfumes poured into 10 ml decant bottles. All perfumes carry a declaration and an importer's licence for sale. Photos and bottle renderings are for illustration.

4. Prices

Prices are stated in Serbian dinars (RSD). The price confirmed at the moment of ordering is final for that order. The Seller reserves the right to change prices on the site.

5. Ordering

You place an order by adding products to the cart and leaving delivery details. After submitting, you may receive a confirmation by email or phone. A fiscal receipt is issued with every order.

6. Payment

You can pay cash on delivery (in cash or by card to the courier) or by payment card on the site. We accept all validly presented payment cards: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and DinaCard.

When paying by card, after confirming the order you are redirected, in the same tab, to the secure page of OTP banka Srbija where you enter your card details. The amount is charged in Serbian dinars (RSD) immediately and the package ships without cash collection. After the transaction you receive a payment confirmation on the site and by email, with order and transaction details.

VAT statement: VAT is included in the price and there are no hidden costs.

7. Delivery and shipping costs

Delivery is via PTT (Serbian Post) within the Republic of Serbia, to the address the customer leaves. Packages usually arrive within 2 to 4 working days of order confirmation. Shipping is 450 RSD per order, regardless of the number of items.

8. Right of withdrawal and withdrawal form

Under the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, no reason needed. For hygiene reasons, returns of opened and used decants may be limited. Details are on the Returns & complaints page.

The withdrawal form is on a separate page (Withdrawal form in the site footer); it can be filled in and sent to info@10ml.rs, or printed and included with the returned goods.

9. Complaints and conformity of goods

If a product is damaged or the wrong product was delivered, the customer can file a complaint by email at info@10ml.rs or by phone at +381 60 330 2507, with the order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, a photo. The Seller responds to complaints within the legal 8-day deadline and resolves them within 15 days of receipt at the latest.

The Seller is liable for non-conformity of goods for the legal period of 2 years from delivery. If a complaint is justified, the Seller bears the return costs; if not, the customer does. If no agreement is reached, the customer may initiate out-of-court consumer dispute resolution before a body listed by the ministry responsible for trade.

10. Refunds

In the event of returned goods and a refund to a customer who previously paid with a payment card, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, 10ml.rs is obliged to make the refund exclusively via the VISA, EC/MC, Maestro and DinaCard payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the merchant's request, refund the amount to the cardholder's account.

Purchases paid cash on delivery are refunded to the customer's bank account. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods at the latest.

11. Currency conversion statement

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia, the dinar (RSD). Informational prices in other currencies use the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by the card organisations, which cannot be known to us at the moment of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference between the original price stated on our site and the one shown on your card statement.

12. Protection of confidential transaction data

When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in protected (encrypted) form using the SSL/TLS protocol. At no moment is card data available to our system: it is entered exclusively on the secure page of OTP banka Srbija, and 10ml.rs stores neither the card number, nor the expiry date, nor the security code.

13. Protection of user privacy

On behalf of 10ml.rs we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the data necessary to run the business and provide a quality service, and we process it lawfully and transparently. The data collected includes personal data such as first and last name, email address, phone number and delivery address, as well as technical data such as IP address and cookies, which allow the site to work correctly.

We use the data collected to process orders, provide the service, send order notifications and, with your consent, promotional messages, as well as for analysis and improving the user experience. All customer data is kept strictly and is available only to employees who need it to do their job. Data is processed on the basis of the customer's consent, to perform the contract and to meet legal obligations, or on the basis of the seller's legitimate interest.

The customer may withdraw consent for marketing activities at any time, including promotional messages, and may unsubscribe from the mailing list or decline to take part in marketing campaigns. Customers have the right to access their data, request correction, erasure or transfer of data, and to restrict processing. Requests go to info@10ml.rs. We do not sell or pass on data to third parties for marketing purposes, and we share it only as far as needed for delivery (the courier service). All 10ml.rs employees and business partners are responsible for upholding the principles of privacy protection.

14. Cookie statement

This website uses cookies to provide basic functionality, improve the user experience, analyse traffic and tailor content to your interests. By using the site you may accept the use of all cookies, decline them, or set individual options according to your choice.

If you decline cookies or they are not enabled, the site will use only those necessary for basic operation, and certain functions, such as keeping products in the cart or signing in to an account, may be limited. You can change cookie settings at any time through the options in your browser or through the settings available on the site.

15. Third-party links

The online store does not use links to external third-party sites, except where necessary to process an order (the bank's payment page, the courier service) and with prior notice to the customer.

16. Dispute resolution

Anything not covered by these terms is governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia. The parties will try to resolve any disputes amicably; otherwise the competent court has jurisdiction.
