Under Serbia's Consumer Protection Act you may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, no reason needed. Fill in this form and send it to info@10ml.rs, or print it and include it with the returned goods.

The 14-day period runs from the day you received the goods. Return the goods to the merchant's address within 14 days of sending this form; the customer bears the return cost. For hygiene reasons the decant must be unopened and in its original packaging. We refund within 14 days of receiving the form or the goods; card payments are refunded to the same card only.
