Are the perfumes original?
Yes. Every decant is poured from an original factory bottle. All perfumes carry a declaration and an importer's licence, and origin and sourcing are tracked.
What exactly is a decant?
A decant is an original perfume poured into a smaller 10 ml bottle. You get the same scent as from the full bottle, in a practical format for trying and everyday wear.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes, a fiscal receipt comes with every order. That clearly separates us from informal sellers and reselling from private collections.
How long does 10 ml last?
It depends on the perfume's strength and how many sprays you use, but 10 ml is enough to wear a scent for weeks and calmly decide whether it suits you.
How can I pay?
Payment is cash on delivery — cash or card when you receive the package. For other payment methods, feel free to contact us.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery goes via PTT (Serbian Post) across Serbia, a flat 450 RSD regardless of the number of decants, and usually arrives within 2 to 4 working days of order confirmation.
Can I return a decant?
Yes, under the Consumer Protection Act, within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, returns of opened and used decants may be limited. Details are on the Returns & complaints page.
Will the bottle leak?
The bottles are sealed well and packed protectively for transport, so they reach you safely.
